Prepare and develop SLD’s and detail engineering of electrical Power and control systems, Switchgear, electrical Equipment, Transformers/HV/LV Motors and Protection Relays.
Assist in development of P&IDs and detail engineering of Instrumentation and control Systems including Field Instruments, Analysers and Automation systems like DCS, PLC and SCADA.
Design, Develop and prepare Civil & Structural design using StaadPro, specifications and other relevant standards, generate detailed design drawings and documents including calculation reports, analyze and design member connections of steel and reinforced concrete structures.
Prepare and Develop process simulations, PFD and P&ID, Heat and Material Balance, Equipment Sizing/Rating, Equipment process data sheet, line sizing check, PSV calculation and utility consumption estimation.
Basic & detailed engineering of Mechanical Packages, Mechanical Rotary equipment, Static equipment, pressure vessels.
Prepare and develop detail engineering of Piping and Pipeline related deliverables and carryout stress analysis for critical piping
Draftsmen-Mechanical, Civil & Structural, Electrical & Instrumentation (Diploma/ITI ; Min. 2 to 5 years’ experience in power plant engg – or Oil & Gas Industry Engg ).
Proficiency in ACAD/ Microstation necessary and exposure to 3D software preferable.
Boiler Operator (I class / II Class Min. 2 to 3 years’ experience in power plant engg).
